Box Office Hours:
The St. Lawrence Centre Box Office is open Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm and until 8pm on performance nights.

Phone orders: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
Mail orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques, and money orders
Counter orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac and cash

Service Charges:
Ticket orders mailed out have a $1 per order postal charge
(no tickets will be mailed less than 2 weeks prior to performance)
Charge for exchanging (when allowed) is $3.00 per ticket, no maximum

Ticket Pickup:
We recommend that tickets be picked up at the St. Lawrence Centre Box Office 1/2 hour prior to the performance. The credit card used for the purchase must be presented by its owner, and no one else, as proof of identification.

The Jane Mallett Theatre is wheelchair accessible.
