Change of Artists for Thursday, December 1st, 2022
The St. Lawrence Quartet are unable to appear Dec. 1st. The Odin Quartet, who were to share the stage, love a challenge and have stepped up for a full concert.
Passionate about chamber music, the Odin has appeared at many festivals and enjoyed multiple collaborations with the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra as its ensemble-in-residence since 2018.
The Odin’s programme is reminiscent of 19th century programmes, a selection of smaller works crowned by the Ravel quartet – or of what our beloved Gryphon Trio call a mash-up, works showcasing the individual players of the ensemble.
