SERVICE CHARGES:
Phone and mail orders have a $3.00 per ticket handling charge to a maximum of $15.00
No handling charges for counter orders!
All Prices and Service Charges Include GST
Ticket orders mailed out have a $1 per order postal charge
(no tickets will be mailed less than 2 weeks prior to performance)
Charge for exchanging (when allowed) is $3.00 per ticket, no maximum

TICKET PICKUP:
We recommend that tickets be picked up at the St. Lawrence Centre box office 1/2 hour prior to the performance. The credit card used for the purchase must be presented by its owner, and no one else, as proof of identification.

The Jane Mallett Theatre is wheelchair accessible.
